The actions of Hand on Heart e.V. respond to clearly identified needs and are carried out with care and close engagement.
Each project is designed based on real conditions on the ground, in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders.
Our goal is to provide meaningful, human and adapted support where it truly makes a difference.
Our areas of intervention
Our actions are structured around several complementary areas:
- Humanitarian and Social Aid Responding to situations of hardship or emergency with essential human and material assistance.
- Support for Vulnerable People Supporting children, the sick, and people with disabilities, respecting their dignity and autonomy.
- Local and International Solidarity Actions Developing projects in Germany, Cameroon, and elsewhere, in collaboration with committed partners.
- Human and Material Support Combining human presence, active listening, and the provision of resources tailored to identified needs.
